These terms apply to our website, mobile applications, and related services we provide under the AgileBudget name.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

AgileBudget is designed to help people organize shared budgets, bills, and financial tasks. You may use the service only in a lawful manner and only for its intended purpose.

Some AgileBudget features may require a paid subscription. Subscription pricing, trial access, and available billing intervals will be shown at the point of purchase.

If you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by that platform under its own terms.

AgileBudget, including its software, design, branding, interface, and content created by us, is owned by AgileBudget or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal or internal household or group use.

You retain ownership of the information, notes, attachments, and other content you submit to AgileBudget. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to upload or share any content added to your boards.

We aim to keep AgileBudget reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, outages, or other operational reasons.

We may modify features, suspend functionality, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.

AgileBudget is an organizational and budgeting tool. It is not a bank, accounting firm, tax service, broker, or financial advisor.

Information shown in the app is provided for planning and coordination purposes only. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions, payments, and compliance obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgileBudget and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to AgileBudget, if any, during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using AgileBudget at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, or used the service unlawfully.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice when changes are material.

Your continued use of the service after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
